This project was created in my SMAD 203: Foundations of User Experience Design class. User Research is an important step in designing any app or website. It is the backward process of starting from the information from the user instead of waiting for feedback later. For my user research project, I focused on the design problem, "How might we improve the experience of JMU students trying to find cheap and affordable books?" How I went about my research, through facetime interview calls. I found 7 students from different majors and backgrounds and began to ask the design questions; outlined in the project. Once I conducted my research I was able to create this user research finding guide with InDesign. The design outlines my design problem, design questions, approach, interview findings, and personas.
